Five Buddha images, Luang Pho Ngoen, Wat Bang Khlan, 2515 BE (Buddhist Era), made of powdered palm leaf, in beautiful original condition, with a certificate from the Thai Amulet and Buddha Image Collectors Association.

This Phra Phim Phra Chao Ha Phra Ong (five Buddha images) amulet of Luang Pho Ngoen, Bang Khlan, from 1972 (B.E. 2515), is made of palm leaf and was consecrated in the same ceremony as the famous Luang Pho Ngoen Bang Khlan 1972 (B.E. 2515) stamped amulet with a bell inside, which is currently very popular.

This is because the creation of the Luang Pho Ngoen 1972 amulet has several outstanding features, such as good intentions in its creation, good materials, beautiful design, and especially, the auspicious ceremony, which was conducted correctly according to ancient traditions. This has made it highly revered by the general public. The process of creating the Luang Pho Ngoen 1972 metal amulet involved four steps. The main materials used to create this amulet were brass and copper plates that famous monks from all over the country had jointly prayed over, inscribed with sacred symbols, and consecrated. These were then melted down into different types of metal plates.

The first consecration ceremony, the auspicious beginning, involved 74 famous monks from all over the country performing the consecration at Wat Suthat, Bangkok. After the consecration, the metal plates were given to a factory to be cast into various amulets. Once completed, they were delivered to the committee for inspection and counting.

The second consecration ceremony, held after all the various sacred objects had been received, took place at Wat Suthat in Bangkok on Sunday, December 5, 1971, by 127 renowned monks from across the country.

After this second ceremony, the committee transported the sacred objects to Wat Bang Khlan by train for the third and final consecration ceremony. This ceremony was held at the original temple, Wat Bang Khlan, on Sunday, January 30, 1972. Renowned monks from across the country were invited to perform the consecration rituals according to ancient traditions. The ceremony lasted throughout the night, from 4 PM to 6 AM. The monks were divided into six groups of 16, totaling 96 monks. Each group consecrated the objects for two hours, alternating without interruption.

The rituals included meditation, chanting of the Maha Thipmon mantra, the Buddha Abhisek mantra, and the Phanawaran mantra, among others. A celebratory ceremony was held on Monday morning, January 31, 1972. Therefore, it was an opportunity for those who had pre-ordered the sacred objects to receive them during the consecration ceremony at Wat Bang Khlan.

At that time, the temple's main hall was still under construction and lacked a roof. A lunar eclipse occurred, along with several other events, causing the Luang Pho Ngoen amulets of 1972 to sell out very quickly, and their price has continued to rise ever since.

The creation of these Luang Pho Ngoen amulets was a historically significant event, a rare occurrence in Thailand, and one that must be remembered to this day. The Luang Pho Ngoen amulets created in 1972 included: 1. A 5-inch seated Luang Pho Ngoen statue (1,000 pieces); 2. A 3-inch seated Luang Pho Ngoen statue (1,000 pieces); 3. A floating Luang Pho Ngoen statue with a bell inside, made of alpaca (5,000 pieces); 4. A floating Luang Pho Ngoen statue with a bell inside, made of brass (5,000 pieces) (divided into different molds). According to the standard, there are 3 variations in both metals: 1. L-shaped neck, 2. Figure eight, 3. Hand with dot. 5. Large spade-shaped stamped coin, 10,000 coins minted. 6. Small spade-shaped stamped coin, 10,000 coins minted (divided into 2 variations according to the standard: 1. Incomplete arm, 2. Full arm). 7. Lucky money bag coin, gold plated, 5,000 coins minted, and silver plated, 5,000 coins minted. There are also oval-shaped coins, with the image of Luang Pho Ngoen on the front and Luang Pho Preuang and Prince Chumphon on the back, totaling approximately 10,000 coins. Rings, for men and women, were produced in a total of 2,000 pieces.

In addition, there are clay amulets in the form of the Five Buddhas and the Nang Phaya, totaling approximately 84,000 pieces. A small number were offered for sale, and the majority were placed in the stupa.

Today, all types of Luang Pho Ngoen amulets from 2515 BE (1972 CE) are widely sought after by collectors. This is because older Luang Pho Ngoen amulets consecrated by Luang Pho Ngoen himself command prices in the hundreds of thousands or even millions of baht, making them unaffordable for most people.

Those who truly revere Luang Pho Ngoen have therefore turned to the 2515 BE (1972 CE) amulets as an alternative. The Five Buddhas amulet comes in two materials: black palm leaf and terracotta. Luang Pho Ngoen amulets from 2515 BE (1972 CE) are now priced in the tens of thousands of baht. These five Buddha amulets possess the same spiritual power because they were consecrated in the same ceremony.
