Somdej Roon 1 Phan
Luang Phor Pae
Wat Phikultong, Singburi province
circa 2510 (1967)
Original. Very beautiful .
The connoisseur says that a plate of gold was embedded within the somdet for the 1st batch as gold was relatively cheaper in those days. Made about 184 pieces. Due to rarity and popularity, the unscrupulous would scrap off/etc the numerals from the 2nd and 3rd batches which are not easy to spot even to the scrupulous. In the Thai market, it's almost impossible to find a Somdet, LP Pae, pan, 2510 for rent. Subsequently batches (2nd to 3rd) were embedded with 3 gold takruts (normally between 3-5 gold takruts) except the mineral edition.
