กทม.เป็นผงซึ่งหลวงพ่อลี วัดอโศการามนำไปสร้างพระผงของท่าน.โดยรวบรวมผงได้ประมาณ ๑ บาตรเต็มๆ หลวงพ่อทาบเห็นผงแล้ว หัวเราะชอบใจและบอกว่า”ผงนี้เฮี้ยวจริงๆ มีทั้งนุ่มลึกและเข้มแข็ง”จึงได้นำผงนี้ไปรวมกับผงเก่าๆของท่านซึ่งมีคัมภีร์โบราณ ดินมงคลต่างๆ ตามที่ท่านได้เสาะแสวงหาไว้ เมื่อได้ฤกษ์งามยามดีแล้ว หลวงพ่อทาบจึงได้กดพิมพ์พระเป็นปฐมฤกษ์ หลังจากนั้นท่านได้ร้องขอให้ชาวบ้านนุ่งขาวห่มขาวอาราธนาศีลทุกคนช่วยกันกดพิมพ์พระ โดยอาจารย์ปถมเป็นผู้อำนวยการสร้าง คือ แนะนำการตำผง คลุกเคล้าผงและกดพิมพ์ สำหรับพระชุดนี้เป็นพระผงดำทั้งหมด มีพิมพ์สมเด็จ หลวงพ่อทิมมีอายุ ๘๓ ปีพอดี.นอกจากหลวงพ่อทาบ ยังมีหลวงพ่อหอม วัดชากหมาก,หลวงพ่อเย็น วัดบ้านแลง,หลวงพ่อลัด วัดหนองกระบอก ส่วนหลวงพ่อพระครูวรพตปัญญาจารไม่ได้มาปลุกเสก.ส่วนหลวงพ่อทาบ ไม่ได้มานั่งปลุกเสก และรับปัจจัยที่เขาถวายก็จะไม่ได้บุญเพราะเท่ากับรับจ้างเขามาเสกพระ”ศิษย์ถามต่อไปอีกว่า”ทำไมต้องนั่งพนมมือเสก องค์อื่นๆเขานั่งสมาธิ มือขวาทับมือซ้ายกันทั้งนั้น” ท่านตอบว่า”พนมมือเสกพระดีกว่านั่งสมาธิ
