香港不合作運動遍地開花 港生紐西蘭遭陸生圍剿

Argument leads no nowhere. No point arguing. Better to move away and do something constructive.

The ending was comedical as the female Hong Kong student deliberately fell down to incriminate the PRC student, with a beautiful pose shouting for security. The Hong Kong female spoke fluent English while the PRC students were not that fluent.

Hence, not worth arguing. Just walk away. Be civil. Respect the other persons views even though you may not agree. Be polite, learn to agree to disagree.

Sadly, what's meant for a peaceful protests in Hong Kong has spiralled out of control and turned violent. The current state of affairs in Hong Kong will tell the world there's no more law and order. Countries have already warned their citizens to travel to Hong Kong with caution.

China is at this time plagued with complications on diplomacy and trade wars with notably the USA, Britain and Canada. Deploying the Chinese Police and Army to Hong Kong to quell the violent protest without an exceptionally far-sighted assessment, the consequence of which may be calamitous, notwithstanding the remoteness.

If the Hong Kong Police can still maintain the bare minimal law and order, the best solution may be just to wait till 2047.

Economically, Hong Kong’s GDP is only about 3% of China while in 1997; it’s a whopping 20%, being ostensibly overtaken by Shenzhen and Shanghai. It can be seen that Hong Kong is fading into oblivion and importance.

Perhaps, Hong Kong can take a cue from Singapore to settle her housing problems as the utmost priority which may be a hidden ingredient for the protests.
