Phra Rachapromayan, or Luang Phor Luersi Lingdam was born on June 28, B.E.2460 to the family of Mr. Kuang Sangsuwan and Mrs. Somboon Sangsuwan, the locals of Bangplama District, Suphanburi province. Luang Phor Luersi Lingdam was the third of the five children. He entered Prachabal Wat BangNomKho School, Ayudhaya province, when he was 6 years old where he was to commence learning the Thai ancient medicine science. At the age of 19, he decided to become a qualified pharmacist with the Royal Thai Navy. Later on July 16, B.E.2480, at 13.00 P.M., he was ordained as a Buddhist monk at Wat BangNomKho. There were three senior monks, who joined in his ordination ceremony, namely; PhraKru Ratanapirom, PhraKru Viharakijjanukarn and Luang Phor Lek Kesaro. Just three years after his ordination ceremony, he had completed all the three levels of Nak Dharma, which composed of 3rd level Nak Dharma, 2 nd level Nak Dharma and 1 st level Nak Dharma.

Luang Phor Luersi Lingdam learnt many magic sciences from various senior monks during the period B.E.2480-2481, including, Luang Phor Pan Sonuntoe of Wat BangNomKho, Luang Phor Jong Buddha-saroe of Wat NatangNok, Luang Phor Lek Kesaro of Wat BangNomKho, Luang Phor Sun of Wat Bangplamo, Luang Phor Nium of Wat Noi, Luang Phor Nong of Wat Ampawan, Luang Phor Rueng of Wat Mai-pinsuwan, PhraKru Ratanapirom of Wat Banpan, PhraKru Udomsamacharya of Wat Namtao. In the year B.E.2481, Luang Phor Luersi Lingdam moved to live at Wat Changlek, Thonburi province, where he learnt more Dharma until he could complete the three levels of Parian Dharma. After that he was appointed as Abbot of Wat BangNomKho. In B.E.2511, he moved to stay at Wat Thasung, where he took on the duty to renovate the temple until such time that the temple became prosperous and was enlarged from only 6 Rai to 289 Rai. (Note: 1 acre = 2.5 Rai) On October 30, B.E.2535, at 04.30 P.M., Luang Phor Luersi Lingdam passed away at Sirirach Hospital, due to pneumoconiosis disease.

Phra Hang Mak is well known for its protection against weapon, dangers, evil spell & opponent. Phra Kam Khao & Phra Hang Mak also known as “Flying Amulets” as few close disciples witness these amulets flying above LP Luersi during the blessing at his kuti. Phra Kam Khao were created using the leftover rice from LP Luersi lunch whilst Phra Hang Mak were create from the betel nut eaten by LP Luersi. These 2 amulets are widely popular among Wat Tasung disciples as whoever wore it will be blessed with wealth, good luck & protection. For the Phra Kam Khao the 1st Batch were create in 2533. This batch was so popular that with 5 month all the amulet were given or rented out. So in the following year 2533 the 2nd batch was created & given out in 2534. Phra Hang Mak was created in 2533. There is also a 2nd batch being built right after the passing of LP Luersi Lingdam but there is a slight different in thickness, color & material between the 1st & 2nd batch. An expert can easily tell you a 1st & 2nd batch.
